Could you help young people to have the best year of their life yet?

We Are Hiring!

The Basecamp Programme is a 1-year adventure-led personal development programme that empowers disadvantaged young people from Leeds to thrive. Our programme takes 30 young people on a 6-module personal development and adventure curriculum, which is powered by transformative mentoring + coaching relationships.
