Why Partner with Basecamp?
Traditional charity corporate partnerships are inherently one-way: charities receive the funding they need and whilst companies benefit from the sense visibility that they are giving back to the community, it rarely goes further. We want to create a partnership that offers valuable return on investment for all parties.
We want to offer your company a unique experience that gives you and your employees real insight into our work with young people: A chance to see exactly where you money will go, whilst simultaneously fulfilling your employee wellbeing objectives. Your team will enjoy the same out-of-the-box, exhilarating experiences we provide for disadvantaged young people in Leeds. As a company, you profit from the myriad of benefits of these experiences and then pay it forward for young people in Leeds.

Why it matters
Across Leeds, too many young people are growing up facing barriers that affect their confidence, wellbeing and future opportunities.
One in three families lives in poverty.
Around 17,500 children and young people are estimated to be experiencing a probable mental health condition.
More than 1,000 young people are not currently in education, employment or training.
Thousands of children need additional educational support to reach their potential.
Together, we can change this.
